March 9th 2010

Have a lot fo work to do so no time for a long post. Just two things.
1. 765lbs on leg press, for 12 reps........... new personal record.
2. Do I have some sign that says talk to me while lifting heavy weights on or something. Why is this becoming a habit.

  1. I've never done leg press really before.. haha.. so i started off small.. do u know how much the sled weighs???

    i did 2 plates a side... haha i think thats pretty decent i think i'm going to bump it up to 3 plates a side next time i do legs... :) i'll probably look retarded haha.. most of the girls my size i see walking around the gym usually are just pressing low low loooowwww weight...

    i feel like super girl sometimes :P good feeling!
